Data retention policy
Shaka will retain customer data in accordance with the Service Agreement signed at the time of purchase of a subscription of Shaka which may vary on a per customer basis. This service agreement outlines that Shaka is happy to accomodate and requests for deleting user data from system administrators. It also notes that after cancellation of a subscription, the Shaka team will remove all identifiable user information within an agreed upon timeline.
Data archiving and removal policy
Shaka will archive and remove customer data in accordance with the Service Agreement signed at the time of purchase of a subscription of Shaka which may vary on a per customer basis. For all subscribers, upon administrator request or upon termination of service Shaka will begin to archive and remove user data. The team will promptly remove all stored (encrypted) access tokens for 3rd party applications such as Slack upon any request from an administrator.
At any time, users of our Service may request access to a copy of their own Personal Data. Users can make this request by sending an email to contact@joinshaka.com and SHAKA will respond in a timely manner. Users and subscribers may also reach out to contact@joinshaka.com to request that all Personal Data be deleted from SHAKA and corresponding Services. SHAKA will comply with all requests for removal of all personally identifiable information within 30 days of reciept of request.
