Data retention policy
Leadr doesn't serve individuals through our product. All of our customers' data is tied to the organization that they have a business relationship with.
We retain all data for our customer organizations for the duration of their relationship with us plus 2 years to comply with typical state and federal regulations governing business records.
Data archiving and removal policy
Leadr does not offer a “free licensing tier”, we do not collect data on individuals with whom we don't have a business relationship with. Individual data is archived if they leave the platform but retained long enough to comply with business record keeping regulations.
Data storage policy
Customer data is stored exclusively in our production environment, where we support over the wire and at rest encryption. Access to this data is highly restricted, and requires explicit permission from our data architect before it is allowed to be exported for manual handling.

We comply with laws around keeping business records for our customers
for a requite duration. All data requests for delete must come in the
form of direct contact from the account owner.
This is validated within 24 hours and executed within 2 business days
as per the terms of the individual contract with each customer. All
comms must be via email and confirmed by phone.
