Claude will remember your entire Slack thread and can iterate on the task at hand, just like an engaged employee.In channels and group DMs, tag @Claude in your message. Claude will respond in a thread that anyone in the channel or group DM can see. Follow-up requests can be made by again mentioning @Claude in the thread.You can also simply message Claude 1-to-1 directly. Data retention policy
The default retention setting for Customer Data is to retain conversations until the Customer organization decides to delete its data. We may retain Prompts and Results as required by law or as necessary to combat violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. When assessing how long your personal information is retained, we consider criteria such as: (i) the nature of the personal information and the activities involved; (ii) when and for how long you interact with Anthropic; and (iii) our legitimate interests and our legal obligations. Data archiving and removal policy
Anthropic deletes Customer organization data from our production environments when a Customer organization sends a request to delete its data to optout@anthropic.com. Data is deleted from Anthropic’s production environments within 30 days of receipt of Customer organization’s optout request unless required by law or as necessary to combat violations of our Acceptable Use Policy: https://anthropic.com/aup.
